We created an application process that connected client seamlessly from internal facing pages to an external vendor making sure that the experience was smooth and functional.

In order to accomplish this, we had to align the external design system elements back to our internal design system and making sure that limitations of both were considered as we settled and communicated on patterns. We also had to understand business requirements that had to be met for our internal product as well as the external product and incorporated seamlessly in both internal and external pages and steps. After business requirements were met we conducted client research and made adjustments to the sign up process in order for clients to successfully and efficiently finish their application process.
